Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Tier 1 AI Ads tool ("the Tool"), operated by Tier 1 Marketing Solutions ("we", "us"), accesses and uses data when connected to the Google Ads API. The Tool is an internal application used by our staff to manage advertising accounts we own or manage under our Google Ads Manager (MCC) account.

Information the Tool accesses

When authorized by a member of our team, the Tool accesses Google Ads account data through Google's official Google Ads API, including: account and campaign structure, campaign performance metrics and reports, keyword and search-term data, budgets, and related advertising configuration for the accounts the authorizing user is permitted to manage.

How we use it

Solely to create, manage, optimize, and report on advertising campaigns in the Google Ads accounts we own or manage.
To generate performance reports and recommendations for those accounts.

Limited Use disclosure. Tier 1 AI Ads' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising to unrelated third parties, do not sell it, and do not transfer it except as needed to provide our internal account-management service or as required by law.

Storage and security

Authentication credentials (OAuth tokens and the developer token) are stored locally on our team's own machines and are never committed to source control or shared publicly. Data pulled from the API is used transiently for reporting and campaign operations and is not resold or published.

Sharing

We do not sell or share Google user data with third parties. Access to the Tool and the underlying accounts is limited to authorized Tier 1 Marketing Solutions staff.

Data retention and removal

Because the Tool operates on live Google Ads accounts, it does not maintain a separate long-term database of your account data. Local logs and cached results can be deleted on request. To revoke the Tool's access, remove its authorization in your Google Account permissions or contact us.
