These Terms of Service govern use of the Tier 1 AI Ads tool ("the Tool"), an internal application operated by Tier 1 Marketing Solutions ("we", "us") to manage Google Ads accounts we own or manage under our Google Ads Manager (MCC) account.
The Tool is for internal use by authorized Tier 1 Marketing Solutions staff only. It is not offered to the public and is not sold, licensed, or redistributed. Access to any advertising account through the Tool requires that the operating user is authorized to manage that account.
The Tool uses the Google Ads API and complies with the applicable Google Ads API Terms and Policies and the Google API Services User Data Policy. New campaigns are created in a paused state and require explicit human approval before spending.
The Tool is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for advertising outcomes, spend, or account actions resulting from its use; account owners remain responsible for their campaigns and budgets.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
